The enquiry form on this website
The enquiry form sends your first name, last name, email address, contact number, project location, preferred start date and project description to Griggs & Griggs by email. Cloudflare processes the form request, Resend delivers the email and Microsoft Hotmail receives it in our business contact inbox. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the proposed work. The website does not create a separate enquiry database; the email providers process and retain messages under their service arrangements.
Emailing us
Messages sent to info@griggsandgriggs.co.uk are received by Resend and forwarded to our Microsoft Hotmail contact inbox. We use the message and any attachments to respond to your enquiry. Cloudflare stores delivery identifiers and processing status to prevent duplicate forwarding, without storing the message content.
Continuing in WhatsApp
WhatsApp buttons are a separate way to contact us. Choosing one opens WhatsApp, which processes your message under its own privacy arrangements. The website enquiry form sends an email and does not open WhatsApp.
Discussing the proposed work
Information you send to us will be used to respond and discuss your building enquiry. To ask about the information you have shared, request a correction or ask for its deletion, contact us using the number above.
Cookies and page delivery
The website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Images and fonts are served with the site. Its hosting provider may process technical request information, such as an IP address and requested page, to deliver and protect the website.
Photographs and illustrations
The project galleries and new build section contain the photographs supplied for those projects. The extension, loft and renovation service illustrations show possible architectural directions and are separate from the project photography.
